Elkstone Place, Telluride, Colorado Vacation Rental

 

Elkstone Place 1 is part of the newly built, luxury Elkstone complex in Mountain Village. This four bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom residence is a town home, but really has the feeling of a private home. With ski access close by at the end of the driveway, as well as being a two-minute walk from the Mountain Village market and gondola station, Elkstone Place 1 is a wonderful combination of convenience and luxury.

 

Elkstone Place 1 is spread over three levels. On the main level (the entry level) is the great room with a full gourmet kitchen, a dining table for eight guests and a cozy lounge area surrounding a gas fireplace and flat-screen TV/DVD. Just off the great room is a deck with comfortable cane furniture, a gas firepit and a gas grill. There is also a half bathroom, and a laundry room on this main level.

 

On the upper level of the residence are two king guest suites. Both suites have flat screen TV's, walk-in wardrobes and private bathrooms. The king master suite has a private bathroom with a double-headed steam shower and a jetted tub. It also has an iPod dock. The second king master has an en suite with a steam shower only.

 

On the lower level of the residence there is a spacious, inviting TV room with a large flat screen TV and DVD. French doors lead out to a patio where there is a private hot tub. Just off this den area are two more guest bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has bunk beds with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top. The other has two queen-sized beds. Both of these bedrooms have private bathrooms with a combined tub and shower.

 

Elkstone Place 1 has wifi, a washer and dryer, and a garage with a ping pong table.
