Copperview is a charming, secluded residence set on three-and-a-half acres of private land. Designed to resemble a classic mining structure with Victorian accents, this home gives you the feeling of a rustic log cabin in the woods – without having to sacrifice top-of-the-line amenities and conveniences! Copperview is a ski in/ski out residence with five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. This is one of the few homes with a wood-burning fireplace, which is an absolute treat for your mountain vacation! Accents such as brushed cement floors and antique furniture give this home a very unique character.

 

The main level of the home features an open plan great room with a full gourmet kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen overlooks an outdoor patio with a hot tub, fire pit, a grill station and peaceful alpine forest views. The patio also has a snow-melt system, seating for outside dining, and a sound system. Ski from the back door right onto the slopes with direct access to two ski runs, Teddy's Way and Sundance. There is a cozy breakfast nook with banquet seating, also overlooking the patio. The living room has eclectic furniture surrounding the wood burning fireplace and beautiful views of the San Sophia Mountains to the north. There is one bedroom on this main level - it has a full bed and an en suite bathroom.

 

On the upper level of the home is the king master suite, a queen guest suite and an office. The king master suite has a magical tree branch bed frame, a flat screen TV and a gas fireplace. The master bathroom has a claw-footed tub, a large steam shower and a bidet. This is a very unique and romantic master suite. The queen guest suite also has a private bathroom with a shower, and a small TV.

 

The lower level of the home has two more guest suites – one with bunk beds (4 singles) and the other with two single beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also a TV area downstairs with a TV/DVD and a laundry room. You have direct access to the ski slope from this level of the residence!

 

Copperview has a number of high-tech amenities including wifi, a sound system throughout the house, a snow melt system, Blue Ray DVD, an X-Box, and in-floor radiant heating.

 

This is a wonderful, warm family home where you can enjoy your vacation in absolute peace and privacy.
