Lower Level: Living Room 2 (Queen Sofa Sleeper), Rec Area / Pool Table, Full size bar with two huge screen TV's, Laundry room, Steam shower and full bath spa room and bath and private bath, Bedroom 4- 1 King with private bath, Three bunk Rooms, two with Captains bunks (double on bottom, single on top), 3rd Bunk Room with 2 sets of Bunks, second "Kids Media Room", Excercise room, and office.

Third Floor: Living Area (Queen Sofa Sleeper), Bathroom, Bedroom 7 - 1 King with private full bath and full office.

The Hot Tub and stone sitting area are outside downstairs rec room. Gas Grill is on the deck next to kitchen.
