It's a warm and friendly luxury 5-bedroom private vacation villa rental that we built right on the beach in Puerto Vallarta’s exclusive Conchas Chinas residential area. We’re just 5 minutes south of downtown Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, below the main coast road. Our clients tell us, “It’s the best value on the beach in Puerto Vallarta.” We have vacation rental rates for either 4 or 5 bedrooms depending on the size of your party. This vacation villa’s 6,500 square feet, on four levels, cascades down the hillside between the coast road and the beach below. Each bedroom is on a different level for maximum privacy and offers views of the ocean and the surrounding tropical forests from its spacious balcony. Casa Carole Puerto Vallarta features a large, heated infinity pool and an extensive 1,500 square foot Pool Deck. You will enjoy direct access to a secluded sandy beach, with great snorkeling among the volcanic rocks in front of the vacation villa. Casa Carole Puerto Vallarta is a fully staffed classical Mexican hacienda-style vacation villa rental with large windows and doors open to the sea breezes.

You will be pampered by our full time staff of 3, our cook, houseman and maid, who will make your visit memorable. In addition we have a pool-man and gardener. The Carretara Entrance

 

The entrance to Casa Carole is right off of the coastal road, just 5 minutes south of downtown Puerto Vallarta in the exclusive Conchas Chinas residential area. Because the villa cascades down the hillside to the beach and sea below, all you see from the road are the towers with red tiled roofs. These towers are circular staircases that take you down through the villa. Each room is on a different level for maximum privacy. On the carraterra there is ample well-lit parking and a taxi stand just 150 feet from the front door, plus a municipal bus stop a few yards further on. You won’t need a rental car at Casa Carole.

 

The Red Bedroom

 

Recently enlarged and completely renovated, the Red bedroom, located at the entrance to the villa, commands spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, Banderas Bay and the surrounding mountains from its spacious balcony. Enjoy the luxury of marble floors and the modern marble ensuite bathroom with its vessel sink and unique glass-walled shower/tub.

 

The Green Bedroom

 

This master bedroom suite with two balconies features a King-size bed, vaulted cathedral ceiling, hand carved furniture and a fireplace. Relax and read on the front balcony, if you can tear your eyes from the panoramic views of the beach and sea below. The large ensuite bathroom has its own heated tiled Jacuzzi tub and shower, plus bidet. It opens onto its own unique garden terrace with hammock for relaxing.

 

The Blue Bedroom

 

The spacious Blue bedroom suite features a King-size bed and seaside balcony. Like the other balconies, it has a table and pair of chairs for quiet relaxation and complete privacy. The ensuite bathroom has a giant tiled tub and shower and like all the bathrooms, it features traditional colour-coded Talavera tile throughout. It is a favourite of many of our guests.

 

The Yellow Bedroom

 

The Yellow bedroom suite has a Queen-size bed, vaulted cathedral ceiling and a huge garden terrace with 180-degree views of the town, the beach and the sea beyond to the Los Arcos marine sanctuary.  It is tastefully decorated with local art and colonial furniture. It’s the owner’s favourite. The bathroom features traditional Talavera tile, a bidet and a large round tiled tub and shower. Above the hand-painted sink is a unique oval window with an inset mirror. The window next to the tub opens onto a garden and views of the sea.

 

The Orange Bedroom

 

The Orange bedroom's French doors open directly onto the Pool Deck with its many flowers and waving banana trees. It features a King-size bed with natural stonewall headboard and a vaulted ceiling. It is tastefully decorated with local art and colonial furniture. The ensuite bathroom has traditional Talavera tile, hand-painted sink, a tiled Jacuzzi tub and shower and features a unique stain glass window.

 

The Gardens & The Beach

 

Follow the winding stairs down through gorgeous flower gardens with bananas, coconuts, limes and papayas in season. Stroll a few feet along a cobblestone path past our agave garden to our secluded sandy beach. Enjoy great snorkeling among the volcanic rocks in front of the beach. For a gentler beach, walk another 50 feet towards town and enjoy the shallow beach in front of the Lindomar resort. Or pack a picnic and follow the shoreline further towards town. You will discover the Conchas Chinas beach, a perfect protected beach with easy access stairs and possibly a few souvenir peddlers.  Or, be picked up by your charter fishing or excursion boat right off your own beach.
