Welcome to the Las Palmas Community at Punta Mita.  Las Palmas Villa 16 is a 5,600 sq. ft. two-story four en-suite bedroom (Master Suite: 1 King bed, Suite I: 1 King bed, Suite II: 2 Full beds and Suite III: 2 Twin beds) villa featuring an expansive living terrace with private swimming pool and Jacuzzi.  Two of the master suites have jacuzzis and one has an outdoor shower.  Villa includes satellite television in all bedrooms, high-speed Internet connectivity, a DVD library and stereo sound system throughout the entire villa.  The living areas surround a central patio with a decorative water feature. This Villa combines the contemporary luxury every guest expects with "old" Mexico design elements.

Property rentals include:Personalized residence or villa orientation tour, High-speed wireless internet connection (available in select properties), Preferential tee times and a special greens fee rate (owner must have active club membership for rental guests to enjoy access, Use of the Residents´ Beach Club (subject to prior reservation and availability.
