Casa Dos Cisnes is a luxury five bedroom, five and two 1/2 bath Mexican colonial-style home located in the upper Conchas Chinas area. Built on four levels around a central courtyard, the house has approximately 10,000 square feet of living area with spectacular views overlooking the Bay of Banderas, all oriented towards Los Arcos and the Miami-looking north shore is not visible and does not destroy the view.
The house design includes an infinity pool, dramatic winding staircase, hacienda-style iron chandeliers, multiple fountains and weeping walls, brick bovedas, high-beamed ceilings, colonial period Mexican arches, cantera columns, antique furniture and art throughout, a fully-equipped exercise gym, and a large media/entertainment room with a large 52” flat panel television screen.
All bedrooms are air conditioned with ceiling fans. The dining room has an expandable dining table that comfortably seats up to twelve people and the house contains of total of twelve rooms that provide bountiful areas to socialize both in large groups as well as smaller spaces for more intimate settings. Guest needs are attended to by a complete full-time staff including cook, housemaid and butler. The house has a large, open layout with multiple terraces that easily accommodates wedding parties and business events in an elegant hacienda setting reminiscent of the colonial period juxtaposed against stunning views of the Bay.
