Located on one of the world’s top ten beached, West Bay Beach on Roatan Island, this 8,000 square foot mansion sits majestically on Key Point – an old pirate haven – and is located on the waterfront, just steps to the beach. A private concrete pier/dock is included with stunning 180⁰ views of the sunsets, dolphins playing in the bay and amazing turquoise waters of the Caribbean.
The mansion is like no other estate in the tropics! Built by over 100 men and completed in 2007, the mansion has been a favorite vacation hideout of many celebrities since 2010! This family estate features imported Mexican tiles and Brazilian hardwood flooring, 23 foot ceilings in the Grand Sala, a gourmet kitchen any chef would drool at, an indoor squash court and a saltwater swimming pool w/ swim up bar and waterslides. A fitness room is also on the property.
Magnificent bedrooms featuring the 900 square foot master bedroom w/ Bose surround sound and a 3-person Jacuzzi tub. Each bedroom boasts a private bath and exclusive balcony/deck. The handmade doors throughout the mansion are 4 inches thick and authentic Mexican Castillo style. The property features an onsite concierge/manager (back home separate from the mansion) and daily maid/housekeeping service. Our chef is available for an extra charge along with a chauffeur/van as well.
