The uniquely designed, perfectly suited villa is nestled into the lush jungle teaming with monkeys, sloths and tropical birds. The multi-level complex with it's own elevator, is comprised of both the MAIN VILLA, a mansion of steel, glass and natural rock as well as a meticulously crafted ENTRY COTTAGE on our multi-acre rain-forest estate. 

We feature 10 boutique-style bedrooms all with their own uniquely tiled entrances in Italian Bisazza tile as well as their own private baths with locally produced organic bath products and rain showers. Villa amenities include a ballroom-disco off of the pool terrace and main level bar, a covered dining terrace and bar with sweeping views as well as an open-air roof deck w/ bar and Jacuzzi that's perfect for below-the-stars dining. It's also an outdoor movie theatre!

In short, the villa captures the essence of your own home by the sea with the event-sized social spaces, infrastructure and impeccable service of a small luxury boutique hotel. A daily chef prepared breakfast is also included and chefs can be arranged for exquisite lunches and dinners as desired.

Unique, sensual shower recliners in select rooms offer a relaxing shower experience and un-paralleled views. Bedrooms

 

Each bedroom entrance is tiled in Italian Bisazza with glowing indirect lighting around the frame of each suite. Each guest room is unique and features it's own color scheme, a theme carried over from the doorway tile into each bedroom. The rooms feature a variety of either walk-in closets or closets that can accommodate two large suitcases each for clutter - free bedrooms. All rooms are also equipped with Mini-Fridges and stocked with refreshments as a welcome gift. All Bedrooms have an I pad with Custom Home screen that is connected to the Home Media Server to listen to your favorite music, check email or browse the web privately in your room.  All beds are world-class, Swiss-made, adjustable orthopedic system beds with luxurious linens and decorative ascent pillows. The villa offers guests both SKY satellite TV as well as cable television on 3 large plasma TV’s on both the bar of the 1st & 4th  floor Bars/ grand terrace as well as the multi-purpose/theatre room.

 

The home theatre features an Onkyo-powered Dolby Digital 5.1 sound system with iPod dock. For movies, gaming and browsing the web, the system is attached to a BlueRay enabled Sony Play Station 3. PLUS The villa is equipped with a high-definition home cinema projector with a 120" (That's 10 feet!) screen. Play your favorite video games on the cinema screen in HD, give a presentation at your corporate retreat or have a movie night with the family on the rooftop terrace for the ultimate outdoor theatre experience.
