Villa Caramar is a luxurious four bedroom house hidden among the trees on a private piece of beach on Playa Negra.  Villa Calamar is only thirty minutes from Tamarindo and an hour and ten minutes from the International Airport in Liberia.

The living area is a twenty-two foot high atrium with a stainless steel bridge linking the two sides of the second floor above.  The first floor has a master suite with two bathrooms, inside and outside showers, a library with computer and Wi-Fi.  The media area has a television and DVD player.  The dining area features a long trestle table seating ten to twelve people.  The kitchen offers Sub-Zero refrigerator, extra fridge, DCS stove, granite counters, dish washer and wine cooler.

On the same level as the first floor is the pool deck which overlooks the ocean.  It features a trapezoidal swimming pool with a double infinity edge plus deck chairs, loungers, table and grill.  Monkeys and birds visit the pool on a regular basis.  On the lower level is a gym and ping pong room.

Eight people can enjoy Villa Caramar – there are two king-sized and two queen-sized bedrooms.  On the second level of the villa the bedrooms have spectacular views of the ocean and the surf break at Playa Negra from a wrap-around teak deck.
