Sunrise Villa is a spacious
five-bedroom, four and ½
bathroom, beach-front vacation
home that sleeps 10 to 12
people. The House was designed by
the owners and designers
in the spirit of "Homes
of the
General Floor plan: the Villa is a two-story,
plus rooftop concrete structure
with natural limestone flooring
on the first floor. Mexican
hand-made terra-cotta floor
are on the second floor
and all the bedrooms and
bathrooms. There is a rooftop
seating area for star gazing
and sunset cocktails.
The first
floor has an open-floor design,
with a beautiful Lily garden
that walks you directly
to the Sea.

Master Bedroom en suite with a four-poster king bed, a private bathroom w/shower and a personal entrance to the pool and waterfall seat.

Separate Hallway Bathroom designed and inlaid with local river rocks
The second floor has a large foyer with an indigenous fossilized limestone wall; the window overlooks the ocean to the balcony area. The brick-domed ceiling meets an oversized hardwood banister which leads to the four bedrooms on this floor
