Brand new, luxurious Mexican style house located in Puerto Vallarta , Mexico . Situated directly on the waterfront, the house features stunning views of Los Arcos in the Bay of Banderas . Ocean breezes flow through the open architecture of the living area. Traditional Mexican and imported furnishings tastefully decorate the house. 

The Villa accommodates up to 10 people in luxury. Each of the five bedrooms has it's own private bathroom and a view of the ocean bay. The house is staffed with a cook and a maid. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is just a short 15 minute, $10 taxi ride away. 

 

The Villa features breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean from every room. From the deck you can watch the snorkel tours at Los Arcos, and you can hear the music from the "booze cruises". It is so close to the water that you can almost touch the pelicans flying overhead. You can see pods of dolphins wandering about, and in the winter there are whale sightings daily. The cool ocean breezes flow through the house cooling and refreshing you. 

There are five bedrooms, each with a beautiful ocean view. All of the rooms have a private bathroom and air conditioning. The rooms are spacious with plenty of closet space. There are four rooms with king/queen beds and one room with two single beds.
