Approach this villa along a cobblestone driveway through a monogrammed wrought iron gate and richly carved doors and enter this supremely comfortable home with its décor in creamy whites and tactile textures reflecting a comfortable haven of elegance and art. The unique palapa high ceiling and sliding glass doors of the living room opening to the ocean breezes encourages both entertaining and quiet contemplation. The L-shaped bar promotes easy conversation over cocktails. There’s a smooth sense of ease and flow through the living spaces and an open unrestrained feel where guests can enjoy all the privacy and creature comforts they could want.

Impeccably managed and maintained by a staff of four and overseen by Juan the exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable English speaking manager all waiting to serve your every whim 6 days a week. They will service you with warm Mexican hospitality and you are assured of eating well with the chef’s gourmet cuisine. The maids will do guests personal laundry if requested. For those special celebrations Juan can arrange birthday cakes, flowers, Mariachis, manicures, pedicures, massages, etc. at the villa.

The heated infinity pool offers wonderful views of the ocean just steps from the private sandy beach where guests can play and enjoy swimming, snorkeling, BBQ and candle light dinner. Charter Juan’s boat for a fishing trip, an excellent captain who knows all the best spots. If you want to scuba, water ski or jet ski we can arrange pickup by boat from our beach. Golf, tennis and family-fun activities are within a short drive. There is an on-site gym, DSL Internet access, satellite TV and more.

Casa de La Playa 1 with its 5 spacious bedrooms that sleep 10 is an ideal setting for family gatherings, birthday parties, anniversaries, other celebrations, and a relaxed and enjoyable vacation. For large groups and weddings book both Casa de La Playa 1 and Casa de La Playa II its equally as charming 5-bedroom partner next door, for a total of 10 bedrooms that sleep 20. Children are welcome, childcare can be arranged.
