The villa is located on a gated street in the exact centre of Copacabana three blocks from both the beach and the Copacabana Palace Hotel. It is a private residential family neighborhood and rentals are ideal for families, business groups, and large groups of friends who respect the quiet ambience of the neighborhood.

There is a housekeeper, maid, and house manager - who speaks several languages including fluent english - who lives in the service quarters. Extra staffing is necessary for larger groups.

The villa is three floors with a private outdoor pool and entertaining area on the top floor. The view is of the city and the mountain/jungle to the rear. There are 4 main bedrooms for guests - all of which are ensuite and have Jacuzzis and sitting areas.
