Rock Manor is a lovely Country Estate with 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms sleeping 14 guests, with pool and staff, this location is near both Piedras and Jose Igancio so you have the best of Both Worlds.  An Equestrian location for those who love the vast open beauty of a country manor and close enough to the beaches to drive.  Really a treat for those Visiting the area of Punta del Este for the first time.

 

The house is divided in three separate buildings made of stone, located around a green lawn garden with a heated pool, wooden decks, covered galleries, barbecue and a Jacuzzi, which becomes the natural hang out for its exclusive guests. One building is mostly for living, eating and entertainment, and the other two just for sleeping.

 

The living room, the dining room, the family room, the kitchen, the laundry and one of the bedrooms are located at ground level in the main building. An outdoor staircase provides private access to the master suite, which is located in the first floor. The other five bedrooms are distributed in the other two separate buildings, all of them with independent entrance and facing the pool area and the main building.

The house has a total of seven bedrooms with en-suite bathroom that can accommodate up to 14 people.
