There are different kinds of Private Island Rentals, some are small and on Keys and smaller connected islands, while some are larger islands Like Musha Cay or Necker Island.
A little about the Islands and the Amenities
Private Islands, unlike most other Island Vacations, usually come with a vast array of amenities and toys for you to use while enjoying the island. Most have a staff that is on site and ready for you to call on for whatever your heart’s desire. And some Islands even allow you to have your wedding or event onsite, making it a perfect place for private events, away from the watchful eye.

Cayo Espanto – A beautiful Island in Belize offering sleeping arrangements in their 5 villas for up to 16 guests. The island includes Personal Butler Service, 3 tailored meals per day; guest's favorite snacks; rack bar drinks, beer, sodas, fruit juice, bottled water (drinks exclude wine, dessert wine, champagne and cordials); San Pedro Airport Greeting; Cayo Espanto offers a scheduled, daytime, boat launch to/from San Pedro daily and all non-motorized activities (this includes the use of sea kayaks, pedal boats, sail boat and spin reel fishing tackle). Prices are per. villa or for the entire island per. night. A truly magical feeling.
Musha Cay & The Islands of Copperfield Bay – This Island is special because it is not only a Private Island it is its own retreat, from royalty to those looking for the ultimate luxury. This 5 Villa Island is perfect for small or larger groups. Private sun warms your face and private waves lap your feet. A private moon lights your plate, and private seas surround you. This is Musha Cay and the Islands of Copperfield Bay. Hidden among the out-island of the Exumas, in the Bahamas, you’ll have 700 acres of lush natural beauty – and the only other guests are selected by you. Surely it’s one of the most secluded spots on earth, yet everything you want is provided… then quietly, unobtrusively, replenished. The cost is per. night and includes a full staff, various water toys, and your own private chef.
Kamalame Cay – This is a 96-acre private island hideaway, with 6 types of accommodations from villas to Beach Rooms, with three miles of sugar-soft sandy beach stretching along its eastern shore just off the coast of Andros Island in The Bahamas. This barrier island is accessible only by our own private ferry or seaplane. Kamalame Cay is the perfect choice for guests who value elegance, adventure, privacy, and the romance of a unique Caribbean experience. We have complete villa suites as well as intimate cottage suites built from native stone and featuring Indonesian furniture. We incorporate inviting verandas, 20-foot wood beam ceilings, large bathrooms that include brass fixtures and oversized soaking tubs or showers with ocean views, air conditioning, rows of French doors draped with muslin curtains all with the ocean at your doorstep.
