Walking past the double antique wooden entrance door into the villa you know you have entered a very special property. Immediately, the magnificent living room which is 14 meters long with a feature 6m high wooden beam covered ceiling takes your attention. It is entered via an elevated stone walk-way thus giving the villa a real sense of space and light. You walk past an ultra-modern fully-equipped kitchen, with a large central island unit with seating around, and all finished off with 6cm thick polished stone tops. Several outdoor terraces wrap all around the villa for outside dining, with various seating, tables, loungers, plus a large Jacuzzi. All these terraces give breath-taking views and lead directly off from the main living and dining areas. It is therefore possible to open 6 sets of double doors to open up completely the living and dining areas to create an inside-connected-to-outside-terraces area of over 300 square meters. The formal dining room has a 6m high feature vaulted ceiling, plus private terraces for pre-dinner drinks. Informal and summer dining is on one of the outside terraces which also give panoramic views. It is equipped with a large stainless gas BBQ for lovely summer BBQ parties.
