Finca de Palmero is 7 kilometers from the village of Gaucín on the road to Colmenár and sits in 24 acres of land, fully fenced, south facing and surrounded by mature trees predominantly oaks, carobs and olives. Sandy beaches are less than 45 minutes away at Sabinillas and Golf Courses at Valderama, Sotogrande, San Roque, La Duquesa, Alcaidesa, Almenara and Estepona are all less than an hour away. For the more energetic sailing and windsurfing at Tarifa is a 60 minute drive. Or you can take a day trip by hovercraft from Tarifa to Tangiers in Morocco. In the winter skiing in the Sierra Nevada is two and a half hours drive away. Gibraltar Airport is about 60 minutes drive and Malaga Airport about 80 minutes. Nearest shopping is Gaucín which has, 2 banks with cash dispensers, supermarkets, post office, doctor, medical clinic, pharmacist and , of course, restaurants and tapas bars. Marbella with its shops, restaurants and night life is an hour away!
