This Luxurious Italian villa, which features ornate ceilings throughout, is on three floors and can be rented for up to 18 guests. There are many rooms for entertaining, dining, and relaxing on the ground floor. There are 8 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, which are located on the first and second floors of the villa.

The bedrooms, which are all uniquely decorated and furnished with antiques, either have views of the lake or of the villages and mountains that surround Lake Como. On the first floor, there is the wine room with walnut paneling, seminato floors, and frescoed ceilings depicting various grapes and vines and a formal dining room with columns and an Appiani fresco. Next to the formal dining room there is a more casual dining room and family room for relaxing and watching TV.

Adjacent to the formal dining room, is the double kitchen, which has two stone fireplaces bearing the emblem of the Passalacqua family. The kitchen has beautiful cabinetry, green Verona marble counter tops, Viking and Gaggeneau ranges, a Sub-Zero refrigerator and wine cooler, disposals, gas grill, steamer, fryer, and numerous other special kitchen instruments and features. Other areas on the ground floor include dens, a billiard room, a bar/cinema and a pizzeria.
