All structures on the private estate are constructed of stones from Villa Helena’s property. The estate’s main house is in close proximity of the estate’s own stables and riding facilities, all built in traditional Gallurese architecture. The main house features a private dining room, living room, kitchen, and three double bedrooms, all of which have en-suite bathrooms.

Additional living spaces are the Guest house and the “Barn House.” The Guest House features its own private garden and includes a double bedroom, living room, and bathroom. In the bathroom a hot tub for two awaits guests in a glass enclosure overlooking the valley. Ironic to the concept of a “barn,” Villa Helena’s“Barn House” completes the estates living spaces, composed in  total of its “East Barn” and its “West Barn.” Both have two double bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms, a living room, an ample dining room, a kitchen and two patios with gardens.

 

Villa Helena is perfect for a big group of friends or a family party. A communal area in the garden makes for an ideal outdoor space for alfresco dining, while the living spaces guarantee privacy and  plenty of room all to stay. A tennis court, an artificial pond, a swimming pool, and equestrian facilities complete the contemporary and naturally private estate.
