The Family Farmhouse estate is a Tuscan holiday home on the outskirts of Lucca, at Segromigno in Monte, a typical Tuscan village situated along the slopes of the hills of Lucca, and is surrounded by age-old olive groves and ancient woods.

 

The recently restored farmhouse set along a hillside overlooking the plain of Lucca is, without doubt, the perfect spot for those wishing to spend their holidays amongst enchanting countryside whilst still being able to enjoy the benefits of all the latest mods.

 

The farmhouse is surrounded by extensive woods and has a garden equipped with outdoor furniture and a swimming pool. Furthermore, the olive groves and oak forests are beautiful locations in which to enjoy lesiurely picnics in the heart of the countryside. The farmhouse is the ideal setting for family holidays, and is also suitable for groups, couples, sports enthusiasts, lovers of nature and all those who enjoy a healthy lifestyle and adventure holidays. Moreover, it can cater for both congresses and work conferences.

 

This rural dwelling is divided into 4 houses, which have all been tastefully furnished and have special facilities guaranteeing a high level of comfort for guests. In addition, the houses also share other facilities such as the park, the swimming pool, a laundry room, a barbecue area and a wood burning oven in which bread and pizzas can be prepared.

 

The whole holiday complex, which comprises 15 bedrooms, can also cater for large parties or groups of people who wish to rent out the whole farmhouse.

All the houses which make up the farmhouse have the following services included in the price:

• Housekeeper twice a week (generally Tuesday and Thursday)
• Fresh towels provided at midweek (generally on Tuesday)
• Week-end: all bed linen changed, fresh towels supplied and the whole villa cleaned (if you stay for more than one week).
• Laundry room equipped with steam-iron and washing-machine.
• Internet access (wireless connection)
• Final cleaning

 

Additional services (available on request and not included in the price):

• Gas GPL to provide central heating
• Monday and Thursday laundry services
• Chef and domestic staff, to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner (this service must be booked in advance - i.e. when you make a reservation)
