These Villas are private, peaceful and romantic villa complex of traditionally designed Zakyntian stone houses, overlooking the sea, perfect for relaxing holidays with various opportunities in terms of privacy, leisure and pleasure. The abundance of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, swimming, fishing or for the more adventurous: diving in the crystal clear sea, canoeing or exploring the mountain side, will tempt every visitor and make for unforgettable experiences.

 

All the villas have PRIVATE pools and direct access to the sea and spectacular ‘Priest's Cave’ where a monk allegedly used this cave for meditation in the old days.

 

Crystal and Purple villas are two identical, newly built 3 bedrooms villas with PRIVATE pools and hydro massage spots, and direct access to the sea. Each of the villas is comfortable for 6-8 persons.

On the ground level are two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sitting-dining room and kitchen. On the top level are one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and large covered veranda with amazing panoramic sea view.

 

Outside

Our villas are on a private plot of land of over 40.000 sqm with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the North Western part of the Island (Alikes, Alikanas) and Kefalonia. The surrounding of the villas includes: aromatic herbal gardens, sun beds, beach chairs, traditional village style oven and BBQ.

 

Coast/Beach

The villa is by the seaside, the coast is only 70 m away down a stone path. It has direct access to the legendary and impressive Priest's Cave. An entrance from the house to the cave has been constructed with great care, consisting of vertical tunnel leading to the interior of the cave and leading to the sea. There you can swim in the crystal water and see the caves which are famous for their bright blue color. The sea area is good for fishing with a big variety of Mediterranean fishes.

Various opportunities in terms of privacy, leisure and pleasure are available. The abundance of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, swimming, fishing or for the more adventurous: diving in the crystal clear sea, canoeing or exploring the mountain side, will tempt every visitor and make for unforgettable experiences. There are canoes, snorkeling and fishing equipment, mountain bikes and an astronomical observatory available for guests' use. Use of a speedboat can be arranged, at extra cost, as well as water sports activities, fishing trips and boat excursions.
