There are 5 bedrooms in the villa, 2 apartments in the villa territory.  Each is provided with Linens, Towels, Hair driers, A/C. All bedrooms have on suit bathroom. 

 

Kitchen - is equipped with everything for a comfortable cooking and dishes

 

Game room - Pool Table, Board Games , TV with DVD player and sound surround system, Outdoor Ping-Pong table on the site, and Outdoor Chess.
 
Additionally - Fitness Room, 2 outdoor pools (one of them 13m long), Outdoor Jacuzzi, Sauna, Whole house has indoor and outdoor speakers for CD or MP3 players, TV and DVD player in the TV Room, Safe deposit box, Fax Machine and Wi-Fi internet access.

 

From the Villa it is very easy to get to any corner of the Cote d’Azur. Villa located only 10 min drive from the Cannes center offer a perfect opportunity for a nice shopping afternoon or a nice dinner at one of the restaurants and clubs the city has to offer. 

 

Because of the good access from the villa to the highway it is only 40 min drive to Monaco and one hour to St Tropez. Of course in July or August there will be a lot of tourists in the area so you should plan a bit more time to get to one those destinations.

 

If you would like to have more medieval experience instead of the city buzz, visit ST. Paule de Vence  or Mougins , where you will find a number of art galleries and very good restaurants and cafes.

 

All along coast there are many companies offering a variety of water sports or a boat charting, and only 15 min drive will take you to a beautiful national park Valmasque, where you can have a great walk or run or even you can spend some time for a horse back ridding since just on the edge of the forest there is a horse farm.
