With its large living room and dining room, it can accommodate up to 60 people for seminaries. Right on the seafront, the Villa Mauresque Riviera is situated in a large private park with a heated infinity pool, seafront Jacuzzi, teak terrace, and direct access to the private harbor with the Yacht Le Lady Marianna.

• Water activities: Perfectly located for water sports, the Villa Mauresque will provide you with free water sports: kayaks, canoes, small catamaran, zodiac (no permit needed), or snorkeling material.
