Villa Svilla is a luxurious structure consisting of five bedrooms and six bathrooms providing all modern comforts for ten people.
 
The ground floor is created for relaxation. This large space is dominated by a sofa and a 55” LCD television set. In addition, on the ground floor there is a bedroom and two bathrooms, one of which has its entrance from the bedroom.
 
On the first floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own balcony with a view of the sea. The first floor is dominated by a south orientated living room with a 40” LCD television set and a kitchen with a dining room. In the middle of the living room there is a fire place providing warmth to the room and making it ideal for a stay of people who are looking for peace and warmth even during cold winter days.
 
On the second floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a balcony with a view of the sea. The second floor is dominated by a south orientated living room with a 40” LCD television set and a large kitchen with a dining room for six people. In the middle of the living room there is a fire place providing warmth to the room and making it ideal for a stay of people who are looking for peace and warmth even during cold winter days.
 
On the house roof there is a sunbathing area paved with exotic wood and completely hidden from view?
