The apartment is situated on the second floor of a grand apartment block and less than a 3 minute walk from the Franklin Roosevelt Metro Station on the Champs-Elysees.  The main entrance hallway, with wooden floors, leads through into the Living Room and the Study and the bright and comfortable living/dining room has wooden floors with fireplaces, and French windows looking out over the balcony to the street below. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and American style fridge freezer with integrated filtered water and ice maker.   There is also a small breakfast table for 4 people.

The Master Bedroom faces to the street and has a King size 4 poster bed and an en-suite bathroom with WC, twin basins and shower.  The second bedroom has twin beds with can be zipped together to form a double bed.  The room faces the internal courtyard and has an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, and basin.  There is also a separate WC.

The Study/TV room boasts a 42” Plasma TV with Cable channels and DVD and Blu-ray player, and an I-Pod docking station with surround sound.  There is a PC, with broadband internet and a printer/scanner.  There is also a Sofa-Bed which folds down into a double bed which could accommodate up to 2 children.

The Champs Elysées remains a magnetic attraction as the world’s most beautiful avenue catering to everyone with fast-food joints, luxury restaurants, chain stores, cinemas, discotheques and bars galore. At the top of the Champs-Elysées stands the imposing Arc de Triomphe, Napoléon's monument to himself. Take a deep breath and climb to the top for an incredible view of the Etoile (star) of avenues circling below. At the other end of the Champs, the beautifully restored Grand Palais hosts some of the city's most splendid art exhibitions while the avenue Montaigne is lined with haute couture boutiques.
