Incanto is the most enchanting Villa in Tuscany, this was the set for the movie “Under the Tuscan Sun” who made Cortona together with its beauty and History, one of the most popular and attractive towns in Tuscany. The Villa was completely restored only few years ago and transformed into a luxury estate composed of the main villa and a adjacent farmhouse. A beautiful park who hosts a beautiful lake surrounds the property. The property is located only few minutes from Cortona, but if you are fit enough, you can even walk into town in 15 minutes.

The Villa dates back to 16th century, the restoration for both villa and farmhouse has been carried out with love, passion and high attention to details trying to preserve as much as possible of the original features, in fact some of the floors are still original. All the materials used are either recuperated of natural stones from the local area. The furniture are a mix of antique and contemporary coming from local craftsmen and different parts of Europe. All the bathrooms have been completely covered with Travertine marble coming from the best producer near Siena.

Between the villa and farmhouse, is nestled an enchanting garden with the most beautiful selection of roses who give their best in May. The pool is covered with a travertine swimming pool and has a large Jacuzzi with a beautiful view of the valley below.

This is the perfect location to explore Tuscany and Umbria because Cortona is located on the border of both regions. The most popular and interesting locations are at a short drive. The train station is in the below part of the town and has direct trains to Rome and Florence
