The market at Plaka will surely enchant you, with locals plying their goods from small and quaint little shops. Enjoy a family day at the beach. Ktima Xatzi is significant close to a variety beaches. All are around 5-10 minutes by driving.

One of the amazing aspects of Ktima Xatzi is the secluded position of it, and yet it is close enough to the City of Athens, the Ancient remains and the beach.

Ktima Xatzi has maid service. In the property in a separate apartment there is a couple responsible for the interior and the outside area. Towels and linen are included, the property is cleaned every day and towels and linen are changed every 3 days.
