Located in a quiet and much sort after Domaine overlooking La Grande Dame, this pretty recently built hillside house enjoys wonderful views of the sea. The house has been cleverly configured and decorated in a light comfortable, contemporary style.

The property , cleverly situated so it is not overlooked, is surrounded by a small and attractive terraced garden with a swimming pool (12 x 6) built into the deck and overlooking the sea. There are two large covered terraces surrounding the house, one with a BBQ, next to the kitchen with dining table; the other, furnished with comfortable sofas, is perfectly placed to enjoy both the sun and the views of the sea, including, to the left, Cap Camarat.

The coastline between Cap Taillat and Cap Camarat is a succession of pretty little beaches, coves and rocky inlets, with translucent waters sliding over the rocks or golden sands. Situated on the south side of Cap Camarat , La Grande Dame is a small half sand, half pebble beach, which, despite its remoteness has all the required facilities of showers, lifeguard and a couple of snack bars. Masks and snorkels are a must to explore the sea bed. The coastline and its native species are protected and belong to the Conservatoire National du Littoral. Canoeing, kayaking and diving are available during the day, but at night the beach returns to being a peaceful silent cove.

Ground Floor: Entrance into open plan living room with kitchen and dining table: the room has a fireplace and high beamed ceiling. The living area is equipped with satellite TV, DVD and CD player, whilst the modern kitchen has a breakfast table, and is fully equipped including fridge freezer and espresso machine. These rooms open onto the terraces. Guest cloakroom. Two double bedrooms on this level, one with en suite bathroom, one with en suite bathroom, both with access to terraces.

Lower Ground Floor: There are two further bedrooms downstairs, both with terraces, one with double bed (160 cm), the other with twin beds: both have en suite shower rooms.
