This magnificent 10,000 square-foot, plantation-style villa has fifteen rooms, including five bedrooms, four bathrooms, an elegantly furnished great room, top-of-the-line gourmet eat-in kitchen, and spacious formal dining room.

 

The five beautifully appointed bedrooms feature romantic 12-foot ceilings and large Colonial-style windows offering sweeping views of the Caribbean. The master suite and three other generously-sized bedrooms feature beautifully tiled ensuite bathrooms, with a magnificent, antique soaking tub in the master bath.

 

Every room in the house, including the bathrooms, opens via stately mahogany French double doors onto generous wraparound decks with six hammocks, where guests can watch a daily parade of yachts and sailboats pass lazily by.
In the office guests will find the convenience of a desktop computer and high-speed wireless Internet access.

On the grounds, there is a large freshwater pool with a shallow area perfect for children, surrounded by beautifully landscaped patios and expansive decks with ample, plush lounge furniture. Like the rest of the property, the pool offers spectacular views of the British Virgin Islands.

 

Adjoining the pool is a comfortably shaded gazebo with deluxe kitchen and cooking amenities, including a bar and a built-in gas barbeque. Guests often enjoy meals al fresco in this delightfully comfortable setting. All across the property, lush flowering gardens treat guests to peaceful shade palms and the delicate fragrance of jasmine and gardenia.

 

Steps from the house, overlooking the water, is a state-of-the-art gym and recreational facility equipped with an elliptical machine, exercise bike, full weight machine, free weights, billiards, foosball and stereo. Frenchman’s Lookout is located only a few minutes away from several of Tortola’s most beautiful beaches and cays, and the charming village of Soper’s Hole.
