Villa Le Rêve is a five bedroom non-smoking villa on a private beach area in Baie Rouge. Enjoy dramatic architecture from the entryway to the beach, and ultra deluxe decor with state of the art equipment throughout the villa. The large pool and Jacuzzi are heated and there are two screened-in beachside gazebo's for massages or relaxing in the shade. Additional to the private tennis court, there is a fully equipped Gym and a Spa. The kitchen is a custom designed Chef kitchen, a cook's delight! The living and dining areas are spacious, suitable for entertaining a large number of people. Villa Le Rêve also boasts a Billiard and Media-room for entertainment. The bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are beautiful private retreats. The Villa is truly a self-contained paradise.

Villa Le Rêve is located 10 minutes from Marigot, 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store, and footsteps to the beach.

ABOUT ST. MARTIN/ST. MAARTEN:
St. Martin (the French side) is known for its beautiful beaches, clothing stores, shopping, and rich French and Caribbean cuisine.  The official language is French, but English is commonly spoken.  The Dutch side (St. Maarten) is known for its festive nightlife, casinos, and jewelry stores.  The official language is Dutch and English.  This all adds up to a tale of two nations that offer the best of both worlds ... activity and leisure.
 
Terres Basses (French for Lowlands) is located at the westernmost end of the island beyond the Simpson Bay Lagoon. It is home to some of the most exclusive villas on the island and features two of St. Martin's prettiest beaches at Plum Bay, Baie Rouge, and Long Bay.
 
The capital city of Marigot is perhaps the most French in spirit of all the cities in the Caribbean. Colonial houses stand beside smart cafes and bistros, pastry shops and luxury boutiques, and in many ways it looks just like any of the French market towns you might expect to find on the Continent. Visitors can enjoy a newly built shopping center at the foot of Fort St. Louis, with luxurious boutiques. At the southern end of town down by the harbor is the Marina Port la Royale, elegant stores with the latest in European designer fashions and fine jewelry, all free of tax. The official currency on the French side is the euro.  However, every store on the island also accepts the United States dollar. The entire city is only four streets wide, so it is very easy to get around.
 
St. Maarten’s (the Dutch side) Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM) is served by Air Caraibes, Air France, American Airlines, Air Transat, BWIA, Continental, Corsair, Delta, Dutch Caribbean, Jet Blue, KLM, Liat, United Airline, and US Airway.  There is also a small airport on the French side (St. Martin) of the island at Grand Case, Lâ Esperance Airport, for small jet and propeller planes serving neighboring Caribbean islands.
