Featuring a huge swimming pool, film projector in living room, plasma TV in each bedrooms but also in the gourmet kitchen, satellite TV, media-room with large plasma TV, Jacuzzi, etc. All five bedrooms feature king size beds, large plasma TV, DVS, Satellite, dressing, private bathrooms with showers (Bath Tubs in three bathrooms), air conditioning & ceiling fans. An air-conditioned bedroom studio which features twin beds and a bathroom is at the guests disposal to accommodate, staff, nanny or young adults.

Located on Petite Plage, a quiet crystal clear water and white sandy beach on the Northern part of Grand Case village, the gourmet capital of St. Martin. Petite Plage 5 is located 20 minutes from Marigot, 10 minutes to the nearest grocery store, and footsteps to the beach. This villa offers some of the most scenic sunsets around.

 
ABOUT ST. MARTIN/ST. MAARTEN:
St. Martin (the French side) is known for its beautiful beaches, clothing stores, shopping, and rich French and Caribbean cuisine.  The official language is French, but English is commonly spoken.  The Dutch side (St. Maarten) is known for its festive nightlife, casinos, and jewelry stores.  The official language is Dutch and English.  This all adds up to a tale of two nations that offer the best of both worlds ... activity and leisure.
 
Terres Basses (French for Lowlands) is located at the westernmost end of the island beyond the Simpson Bay Lagoon. It is home to some of the most exclusive villas on the island and features two of St. Martin's prettiest beaches at Plum Bay, Baie Rouge, and Long Bay.
 
The capital city of Marigot is perhaps the most French in spirit of all the cities in the Caribbean. Colonial houses stand beside smart cafes and bistros, pastry shops and luxury boutiques, and in many ways it looks just like any of the French market towns you might expect to find on the Continent. Visitors can enjoy a newly built shopping center at the foot of Fort St. Louis, with luxurious boutiques. At the southern end of town down by the harbor is the Marina Port la Royale, elegant stores with the latest in European designer fashions and fine jewelry, all free of tax. The official currency on the French side is the euro.  However, every store on the island also accepts the United States dollar. The entire city is only four streets wide, so it is very easy to get around.
 
St. Maarten’s (the Dutch side) Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM) is served by Air Caraibes, Air France, American Airlines, Air Transat, BWIA, Continental, Corsair, Delta, Dutch Caribbean, Jet Blue, KLM, Liat, United Airline, and US Airway.  There is also a small airport on the French side (St. Martin) of the island at Grand Case, Lâ Esperance Airport, for small jet and propeller planes serving neighboring Caribbean islands.
