All nine bedrooms are large (an average of 515 square feet) and overlook the sea. Each room has its own private entrance and most have a terrace with a comfortable seating arrangement. Two of the bedrooms have domed ceilings, and they are all air-conditioned with ample closet space. There is a phone in each as well as wireless internet service and cable access for mobile televisions. The bedrooms have ensuite European style bathrooms that are large and luxurious with imported marble, deck tubs, and glass enclosed showers. Two of the bathrooms also have private outdoor shower gardens.

In addition to the nine bedrooms the 13,000 square feet of living space includes: two living rooms separated by a bar, one indoors with a spectacular vaulted ceiling and mosaics imported from Morocco, the other on a covered terrace with views of the pool and sea below, a dining room that seats 14, a television room that can also convert into an eighth bedroom, a powder room, and a gourmet kitchen. The house is equipped with cable TV (60+ channels), Wi-Fi, DVDs, Bluetooth stereo system, and a library of books, videos, and games. Additionally, there is a work station with a computer. The villa staff can arrange secretarial services if needed.
