Sugar Hill Villa is an elegant new island home perched atop a manicured 3-acre property overlooking the breathtaking Caribbean Sea.

The one level floor plan allows views of the glittering turquoise sea and curvaceous coastline from every room. It is built in the traditional Jamaican plantation style with multiple peaked roofs and high ceilings, breezy galleries and verandas, and shuttered windows and doors. The pivotal point of the house is a hand cut stone Sugar tower similar to those found in the old sugar mills.

The house is filled with original Jamaican art and many beautiful pieces of hand carved Mahogany furniture. Just steps away from the luxurious 4 bedroom main villa are a charming 3-bedroom guesthouse, 44 X 22 foot aqua glass tiled pool, and hot tub. While the house is typical in its Jamaican style, the amenities are purely modern and state of the art. Wireless Internet and a Vonage phone will keep you connected to the world outside. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are in every room. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs, DVD, CD and IPod players.

Our experienced and attentive staff includes a cook, butler, 2 housekeepers, a laundress and gardeners. They are a delightful, dedicated, professional team, and will serve you with traditional Jamaican hospitality.
