Luxury Villa Jamaica is impeccably decorated with beautiful furniture, draped in colorful fabrics. Bright wall washes and exquisite art adorn the walls. The tropical landscape is a beautiful mix of flowering vines, bougainvilleas, allemandes, and other flowering plants among lush green vegetation and coconut trees. Large Almond trees provide shade to a sitting area with teak lounge chairs just next to the 100' beach and crystal clear turquoise water, ideal for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking or just relaxing.

All this, just steps across a perfectly manicured lawn from the verandah of the villa! With its large French doors, louvers, and many windows the villa lends itself to the tropical sea breeze of the Caribbean. A recently expanded living room opens onto the large verandah and breakfast area which then flows to a wet bar and pool deck with 16' x 34' Italian tiled pool.

2 bedrooms and a powder room extend from the spacious living room, where a mahogany staircase leads upstairs to a cozy family room. With its comfy sofas, this room is equipped satellite and cable TV, video and DVD players, and computer with internet access, printer and fax machine. Magnificent teak wood floors lead into 4 more bedrooms, 2 or which have balconies overlooking the sea.

Our 5 resident staff are here to cater to your every whim and fancy. Taste the sumptuous foods of our cook; enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains, ocean and magnificent sunsets while sipping one of the cocktail specialties of our butler. Enjoy a few games of tennis on the fully lit tennis court, read a book under the almond tree or get pampered by a masseuse (at additional cost).
