This French Colonial Villa is nestled above a private beach cove opening to the sandy sea-bed, laid between two coral reefs homing a large variety of tropical fish and lobsters.  This elegant villa, shaded by large verandahs, is west oriented, with an infinity pool surrounded by a large deck allowing spectacular sunsets over the Caribbean Sea.  The 1/2 acre tropical garden shows no visible limits as it is as it is located within a Natural park where wild parrots are sometimes sharing the blue skies with many other bird species. 

La Pagerie is a newly constructed property. A French colonial style elegant villa located on Coral Stone Cove on the North West side of Carriacou. The area is a secluded paradise, unspoilt and unknown within a protected park homing wild parrots. La Pagerie is a beautifully furnished wooden house where the greatest care and attention to detail during construction has made this villa really special.

With 4,000 sq ft or 372 sq mtrs of living space over 2 floors, this luxurious villa has 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and 1 children’s room with 4 beds.  There are 2,250 sq ft or 208 sq meters of wrap around verandahs including an infinity edge swimming pool overlooking the sea. There is even a beach deck with sunset bar for you to relax every evening with a sundowner.

The basement includes a large garage and boat house, 2 large water cisterns (20,000 gallons each) and 2 fully equipped studio apartments (300 sq ft, 56 sq mtrs).  A 1/2 acre (2,000 sq mtr) tropical garden opens to the beach below through a private gate.

A cook, maid and gardener can be provided with the house on request at additional cost.
