Newly renovated and decorated by renowned interior designer Ms. Sandra Ehlert, this 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home has marble floors, triple height ceilings, and a beautiful back yard. Located in the Las Piñas neighborhood and walking distance to Minitas Beach, this home is situated on the highest point in the neighborhood and at the end of a cul de sac. This home also overlooks a spectacular 6 acre park which is a wonderful area for kids or for afternoon strolls. Villa specially prepared for holidays, weekends, honeymoon or weddings.

The Villa Boasts some lovely décor with King in Master en-suite and lovely marble in bathroom.  The second Guest suite features a wonderful set of Queen beds, great for two couples or suitable for a children’s room or even singles, with its own luxury bathroom.  The 3rd Guest has a full sized bed great for one couple or two children, with bathroom.

The 4th room has 2 full sized beds and is great for elderly or two singles.  The 5th room is a lovely open air and fun loft suite, great for kids, great for teens, not suitable for the elderly or those who cannot climb stairs, also no suitable for small children.  This room gives you a view of everything and is just a fun space for more guests.  As well we  have additional bedding, there is sleeping for 10 adults and 2 children easily.
