The Estate & Residence

 

As you drive through Barranca Este located in Casa de Campo, the street offers a scenic texture of residential homes surrounded by beautiful tropical vegetation lined with cascading palm trees. Nothing, however, describes the emotions stirred up when you arrive to the villa at #11 and experience this Versailles-like mansion standing tall beyond the exquisitely designed iron gates enclosing the property.

 

Resting on three acres of beautifully manicured, architectural gardens, all whom arrive to the residence are greeted by an enormous circular driveway and Las Ondinas themselves (the mermaids)…. protecting the mansion all dressed in their bronze beauty.

Standing on 43,000 sq. ft. of construction area the mansion’s design includes a dramatic entrance into the main grand living salon with a spectacular private view of all the settings and fountains on the property.

 

Embraced by the beautiful scenery of enchanted gardens and the experience of refreshing Caribbean breezes, each room of the residence has been custom designed and decorated to expose exquisite imports, artwork and finery.

 

Indulgences

 

While designing Las Ondinas the owner’s set out to offer visitors the most extravagant lifestyle possible during their stay. In planning for amenities the most important objective was to insure that all visitor needs were met lavishly and luxuriously.

Villa Las Ondinas has been built to offer pleasure and excess!

 

There are 10 Custom designed and professionally decorated suites each including a spacious walk-in mahogany closet, exquisitely appointed bathroom with multiples shower heads, electronic security safe, mini refrigerator, 32" TV, Bose wave music system w/CD player, IPod connector and alarm clock.  There are 2 fully equipped custom designed chefs kitchens including top of the line Viking appliances, granite counter tops , fixtures and tabletop settings. You will love the formal dining room which comfortably sits 18.  There are 10 powder rooms located throughout the residence and a cozy private living salon on the second floor which includes a plasma TV, DVD player and Xbox 360.

 

We have included a private conference/smoke room with plasma television, DVD player and Bose acoustic wave music system for those who travel and work simultaneously.  We have as well a full gymnasium designed by GYM SOURCE includes thread mill, elliptical, bikes, free weights, massage table and plasma TV.
