The guest house offers a kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms and can be rented in tandem with the main house or alone. This Turks and Caicos rental includes maid service, linens and towels, beach towels, and beach chairs. Tyler House is pure casual elegance and the multiple structures allow for comfort and privacy, but with a large number of guest accommodations.

The main house of this Turks and Caicos villa rental offers comfortable surroundings with a full sized kitchen including a microwave and dishwasher. There is one bedroom and bath in the main house and two bedrooms and baths in the separate cottage, allowing sleeping for six.

With a comfortable and charming interior, the Tyler House Villa offers a lovely haven overlooking the beach. Meals can be prepared inside or out on the grill and the porch offers the perfect relaxation place for watching the water, dozing, or having cocktails.

The adjoining guest house provides accommodations for an additional four people and may also be rented alone. This house also offers a full sized kitchen with a microwave. Like the main house, the guest house offers the perfect beach house, comfortable furniture for relaxing and a welcoming open floor plan, all within a hundred feet of the beach.
