Bruadair has been cleverly designed so that it can either be rented in its entirety as a 7 bedroom villa or as 2 individual apartments, one with 3 bedrooms and one with 4 bedrooms, each with their own private pools and separate entrances.

 

The top floor of the villa has 3 air conditioned bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom, an open plan kitchen, living and dining area which leads out onto a covered terrace.  There is also a swimming pool with coral sun deck. 

 

The middle floor of the villa also has 3 air conditioned bedrooms, again all ensuite and a living area that leads out to a covered terrace which has stairs leading down to the lower pool deck. Also situated on this lower level is another ensuite bedroom, an open plan kitchen and dining area and an outside bar and gazebo.

The villa has been tastefully furnished and decorated with pieces shipped from Indonesia.  It also has the latest WiFi entertainment system which can be used together or separately on each floor and in addition to this both living areas also feature 40” LCD HD TV’s and DVD players.
