Seafront Estate and it’s Mini-Estate accommodation and facilities are sited in 2 areas. These areas are linked by attractive landscaped walkways which traverse the property. The spectacular living and entertaining areas are situated on the upper level of the Estate - which is accessed by walking through an exquisite water garden and ascending the imposing master staircase.

Seafront Estate:
6 king-size master bedrooms, all en-suite with magnificent ocean views – two upstairs on pool terrace, 4 with private terraces and direct access to garden/sea.

1 twin room (can be converted to king) with private terrace – also en-suite – links to   1 queen-sized master bedroom (en-suite) overlooking water garden.

Additionally:
If you have a large group you can rent both the Seafront Estate and the Cinnamon Reef Mansion and hold a Family reunion, large wedding or large corporate retreat.  Between both homes you can easily sleep 40 guests and more on cots and roll away beds.  This is a great option for those seeking a private and serene getaway.
