The home is located  on a small beach cove that comes and goes depending on the weather; but the gorgeous Sandy Point Beach is just a 5 minute boat ride away from the villa and rental of the property includes the use of a 5 passenger Zodiac boat and boatman. The exquisite 2 mile long sugar white sand Rendezvous Bay is located within a short boat ride as well. The spacious living room located on the upper level area opens to two walkout terraces and stunning views. Amenities include 42" flat screen TV, Bose sound system, DVD collection and office area.  State of the art Kitchen fully equipped with brushed stainless steel appliances housed in Miele cabinets with extensive granite work tops. 

 

Choose to dine at either the indoor formal dining area or outdoors near the pool.  On the lower level you will also find a self-contained suite with a private entrance, kitchenette and Queen Size bed.  All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning, fans, flat screen TV/DVD players and stereos.

 

Outside, there is a large, private sparkling swimming pool. Indulge in an inviting poolside massage, relax in a hammock while sipping a tropical concoction or simply savor the caressing sea breeze on a terrace of your choice. Access to the ocean is either off the private dock where wonderful snorkeling may be enjoyed, down a half dozen steps to the private beach cove when it exists at the villa or via short boat rides to nearby beaches.
