The Residence 5 is a complex of three villas (you can rent each separately). It includes a five bedroom main house comprising of a master suite on the home’s second floor and two guest suites (king beds, suitable for children or a nanny, with attached showers) plus two detached king-bedded guest villas. In addition, there are two three-bedroom villas on either side of the main property.

Owned by one of our most valued guests, The Residence is for people who seek extreme comfort and a private stretch of sand that’s both empty and secure. The 60ft by 40ft infinity pool is stunningly dramatic. The central villa (master bedroom with private steam) has views towards the island’s wetlands and ocean beyond as well as the gentle waters that lap so close you can hear them against the sand. The two other villas have pools and screened porches to maximize views. There is an indoor and outdoor dining area for eight. The fully equipped kitchen has a toaster, espresso machine, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher and a full size refrigerator. The Living/Dining Area offers two and three-person sofas and a reading area, dining table for 12, media room with plasma television with DVD player, fax machine, direct dial telephone, and Wi-Fi Internet access.
