Rocky Point is located on close to two acres of beachfront north of the ‘Rocky Point’ landmark on the island’s leeward flank, about one mile distant from the main resort. Comprised of a detached master bedroom and two further guest suites, rooms feature the classic Parrot Cay beachside style: four-posters wrapped in white nets that billow with the breeze, leather woven chairs, a private oceanview porch with colonial-style day beds. Attached bathrooms all have indoor and outdoor showers.The kitchen with butler’s entrance can be fully stocked on request. The living/dining area features a long dining table for six, and a 60” projection television with DVD player. The outdoor area, which includes a 45ft by 16ft heated negative-edge pool, is flanked by alfresco dining facilities for eight people, teak wood pool loungers and a garden tiki hut for massages.
