Sea Star is a new luxury, waterfront villa, located on Cabrita Point and situated just 24 feet from the sand and coral beach and looking to Great Bay, Great St. James Island, St. John and the Ritz Carlton. This new, elegant, walled residence with full air conditioning is built on two levels and is accessed via an electronic gate. Beautiful Caribbean gardens surround Sea Star. The beach is the best for finding sea shells and a live reef awaits you.

The upper level contains the bright and airy, great room shared by open kitchen and dining areas, a media center offers the latest in big-screen TV and DVD entertainment, and exotic sea grass, banana leaf, and teak furniture in Caribbean style and accented by hand-painted wall murals. The contemporary and fully-equipped kitchen is graced by Viking appliances and granite countertops.

Flanking the great room on the left is the spacious, king-size, master bedroom/bath suite, which runs the depth of the villa; to the right are two more king-size bedrooms with en suite baths.

Screened 12-foot pocket doors open to the villa's sea side, which is bordered by sun decks and infinity pool. On each end of the pool are shady, covered pavilions for reading, relaxing, and napping, listening to the waves or watching the spectacular yachts go through Current Cut.

An interior staircase descends to  lower level and two more, equal, air-conditioned, king-size bedrooms, both with bath en suites, sitting rooms (one a completely-outfitted office area with DSL line, wireless router and computer), and covered verandahs across the ocean side for easy hours of secluded relaxation. These rooms are great for family and friends that want a little separation and quiet time from the rest of the group
