Bequia is "The Jewel of the Grenadines" and has an inherent magic. It is a simple, unspoilt island with beautiful beaches and friendly locals.

The Have was completed in 2015 and is very comfortable and fully equipped. The house faces south 600' above Friendship Bay with stunning views over Battowia and Baliceaux, Mustique, Isle a Quatre and the Grenadine chain down to Grenada on a clear day.

The house has been carefully planned and finished to a high standard with great style, attention to detail and comfort. All the accommodation is on one level which makes for very easy living.

We have a fabulous, charming and very able couple who live on the property in a separate flat. They look after the house, garden, pool and guests extremely well and can prepare, cook and serve delicious meals on request.

There is a 34' infinity pool with a sitting and dining area surrounded by a lush garden with homegrown fruit and vegetables.

There are four dining areas - pool, front terrace, courtyard and living room.

The house is situated in the Mount Pleasant/ Friendship Heights area known as Cloud 9, 600‘ above Friendship Bay and 5-10 minutes by car to beaches, shops, bars, restaurants and town

**Tipping is very much appreciated around 5-10% - Our team recommend that any tips are spread out throughout the stay. This sets a positive atmosphere at the villa and reassures staff that their service is appreciated.**
