Spring House is a luxury retreat and Caribbean villa located in untouched Bequia, the second largest island of St Vincent and the Grenadines. A stone’s throw from its more famous neighbor Mustique, Bequia has retained its old world charm and small island friendliness.

A unique blend of Caribbean authenticity, American modernity, and European charm; Spring House is nestled on a beautiful 2-acre garden and estate overlooking Spring Bay. Our nine spacious suites have breathtaking views of the ocean and gardens and accommodate up to 18 guests who are accustomed to the finest vacation experience and value the sanctity of their own private home away from home.

More of a private, luxury resort than just a villa, Spring House has a wide range of on site activities from a 40 foot designer pool to a full size pool table. Overlooking Spring Bay, Spring House is a peaceful haven while still remaining convenient to everything on the island. The main town of Port Elizabeth is just six minutes away and there is easy access to Bequia’s many beaches.

Designed by Caribbean architect Michael Connell, built and furnished by local craftsmen, featuring local artists’ original work, and managed by a professionally trained chef and hotel manager, Spring House is a lovely vacation destination and luxury retreat for groups of all sizes.

All of our guests will have access to basic housekeeping and caretaking services. Our housekeeping staff and caretaker/gardener are available during the day and on call to ensure that the villa is neat and tidy. The house manager is also available during the day to offer limited assistance in arranging activities and services. The caretaker/gardener resides in his own house outside the main gates and is available after hours if necessary.

Travelling to the island can be stressful – and we want your vacation in Bequia to be stress-free from the moment you arrive to the moment you depart. We will greet you and transport you and your group from the airport or ferry dock on the date of your arrival and bring you straight to Spring House . We will also transport you back to the airport or dock on the date of your departure.

Additional transportation during your stay, including vehicle rentals and driver’s licenses, can be arranged for guests who select a Custom Plan. Jeep rentals – one for every 5 guests in your group – and driver’s licenses – one per vehicle – are included
